Privacy
Barn to Track is run by a small family team. We collect as little as we need, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- The Daily Horse Check form: your first name, email address and, if you tell us, what you do with horses.
- Waitlist and vote forms: your email address if you give it, and the module or topics you picked.
- The contact form: your name, email, message and any file you attach.
- Purchases: handled by our checkout provider, who processes your payment. We receive your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your card number.
Our site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, like the Daily Horse Check or a module you bought.
- To send occasional emails from Barn to Track if you said yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your messages, and, if you send us a story or photo of Derek, to ask your permission before we share it.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the site and send email, such as our host, our email provider and our checkout provider, and only so they can do that job. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Children
Barn to Track is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
